My adventure with design started through architecture, in which I have my Master's degree. After 2 years of work experience as an architect, I decided to switch to the design field that focuses on improving user experiences. I finished a UX/UI boot camp with Ironhack, and since August 2022, I have worked as a UX/UI Designer.
Thanks to my architectural background and analytical mindset, I have an eye for detail, quality, and well-organized designs. I also understand how important is good communication with stakeholders and the team, and I find that collaborating with software developers from the earliest stage of the design gives the best results.
As at every beginning of a start-up, things may change from one day to another. Paulina showed in all of those scenarios adaptability to the direction, a can-do mentality, focusing on finding solutions rather than possible problems ahead. Very communicative and productive, able to work under pressure and support us through more intense times. She has proven to be reliable and creative at the same time – a combination that does not always go together yet is absolutely priceless.
